Our research shows that over 95% of residents within rural settings in most African countries live way below the poverty level and this is a result of very poor Infrastructural facilities and inadequate Investments within the respective rural townships. As a way to rectify this anomaly, we resolved to develop a strategic project aptly titled "The Rural Investment Initiative" (TRII); the idea behind the initiative is to secure substantial mixed-use land on behalf of prospective investors who desire to invest within safe and secured environments in the African sub-regions. The heacters of land secured will in turn be developed as a turnkey Industrial Park project designed to develop projects that will incorporate agro-based activities and manufacturing/ Processing plants alongside Administrative blocks. Residential accommodation is also planned as a major feature to be provided within the scheme.
